You will step into a strategically important role where a regional operation is securing future services within Operations and Network through new procurement, new contracts, and a well-planned transition. Here, technology, business, and project management meet in an environment with many stakeholders and high demands for stability, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

You will work closely with operations, purchasing, procurement, as well as future suppliers to create a solution that supports the organization's needs, digitalization strategy, and target architecture. The role may also involve activities in other projects within the IT department. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence future infrastructure services in a complex and socially important organization.

• You lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of activities in the pre-study, procurement, contract drafting, and transition phases.
• You coordinate internal and external resources and create clear progress between different stakeholders.
• You produce and quality-assure RFI and procurement documentation in close dialogue with purchasing and procurement.
• You support procurement and contract signing from a technical and project management perspective.
• You plan and follow up on the transition from the current contract to a new contract.
• You establish collaboration forms with future suppliers to create sustainable delivery over time.
• You contribute, as needed, to other relevant initiatives within the IT department.

• Several years of documented and relevant experience leading procurements of IT infrastructure services, including operations, networks, and data center solutions.
• Several years of documented and relevant experience in public procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act) of IT services.
• Several years of documented and relevant experience with modern IT infrastructure, including cloud services and network operations.
• Several years of documented and relevant experience leading projects according to an established project model, such as PPS.
• Good communicative and collaborative skills in organizations with many stakeholders.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You are free from conflicts of interest and conflicts of interest related to the procurements covered by the role.

• Several years of documented and relevant experience in procuring and implementing outsourcing or operation contracts in a Swedish region or municipality.
• Documented and relevant experience in transition work between major IT suppliers.
• Documented and relevant experience in requirements setting and contract work within application operations and networks.
• Very good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Several years of documented and relevant experience leading projects according to the PPS project model.
