About the role

As an IT Technician, you will become part of a small infrastructure team working in a fully cloud-based environment. The role is broad and operational, where you support the business with everything from daily IT support to the development and improvement of the technical environment. You work closely with both colleagues and external partners, and are a key part of ensuring that users have a functional and efficient digital workplace.

A large part of the work involves client management in Microsoft environments, such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure, where you help manage computers, software, and user accounts. You also handle equipment at the offices in Sundsvall and Östersund, set up workstations for new employees, and act as a contact person for suppliers.

The role also involves participating in the team's ongoing improvement work regarding infrastructure, where you will have the opportunity to gradually work more with, for example, automation, permission structures, and infrastructure as code. You work systematically with your tasks and are involved in the team's planning and prioritization.

As part of the work, there is also a rotating "operational week," where you handle more advanced cases that are not resolved by first-line support, giving you a good insight into the business and broadening your technical experience.

Location: Sundsvall. Business travel is included.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is curious about IT and driven by learning new things. You have a high school education in IT and want to continue developing within infrastructure and modern cloud-based solutions. If you have previous experience from, for example, IT support or helpdesk, it is meritorious, but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to develop.

You have a strong technical interest and feel comfortable in environments related to Windows or Mac, and have an interest in Microsoft's ecosystem, such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, or networking.

As a person, you take responsibility for your work and drive your tasks forward, while thriving in a team where people help each other and share knowledge. You are curious and solution-oriented, like trying new things, and are not afraid to take on new challenges. You also have good communication skills and can collaborate with different types of people in the organization.

You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and want to contribute to a stable, modern, and user-friendly IT environment.
