You step into a key role where you build and further develop secure platform services in a dedicated private cloud. The environment places high demands on automation, stable operations, and regulatory compliance, while you work closely with both internal teams and external operations partners to ensure the platform functions seamlessly in practice.

Here you will work with the entire chain from platform design and hardening to CI/CD and onboarding support for development teams. The role suits you if you thrive in complex environments where security, integrations, and clear interfaces between organizations are central. • You design, configure, and automate platform solutions in a dedicated private cloud.
• You are responsible for lifecycle management, operations, and hardening of Red Hat OpenShift.
• You build, further develop, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• You automate infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible against the vendor's APIs and portals.
• You work with vulnerability scanning and ensure a high security level in the platform.
• You act as a technical link between the business and the external operations provider, especially in matters concerning networks, firewalls, and certificates.
• You provide onboarding support to development teams and contribute to making the platform easy to use and manage.

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on platform solutions in private clouds or dedicated environments.
• In-depth and practical experience with the configuration, operations, and lifecycle management of Red Hat OpenShift.
• Expert knowledge in designing, building, and maintaining complex pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible or equivalent to orchestrate infrastructure against vendor APIs or portals.
• Practical experience with hardening and vulnerability scanning, for example using SonarQube, Trivy, or Harbor.
• Good understanding of network architecture, firewall openings, and certificate management between the organization and the vendor's data center.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent vendor certification.
• At least 3 years of experience working according to a clear responsibility model between client and external operations provider.
• At least 3 years of experience managing CI/CD, package dependencies, and updates in environments without direct internet access.
• At least 3 years of experience setting up monitoring with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK for environments outside your own organization.
• At least 3 years of experience working in environments where underlying infrastructure is managed by an external operations partner.
• At least 3 years of knowledge regarding information security and sovereign cloud solutions, such as the Swedish Security Protection Act, NIS2, or ODR.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a government agency.
