About the operations
The IT Support business area is tasked with developing and managing overarching and common processes for the area. It is also responsible for services within these parts. Our operations are mainly located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå. The business area's mission is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services and telephony to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, management and support for a complex and life-sustaining operation. IT also works extensively as a buyer organization since large parts of the region's IT operations are handled by an external supplier. We are in an intensive period with continued development of the medical record system Cosmic, and the service focuses on work with operation-oriented management and development. We are now looking for a specialist to the unit for healthcare-oriented system management. You will work within the management object Care Support and e-Health.
The unit is responsible for operation-oriented system management of healthcare systems as well as e-services via 1177. You work closely with the healthcare's operations and contribute to the systems functioning in the daily work for employees within health and social care. The assignment involves developing, managing and improving support in the systems. Which are used for, among other things, care administration, documentation, medication management, orders, test results and digital services to residents. In the role, you help ensure that the solutions support safe working methods, efficient flows and a usable system support in the daily life of care.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with access according to agreement. If needed, the opportunity may be given to clinical work for a certain part of the service. The location is Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik or Sollefteå.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle cases related to Orbit/PasIva and ensure that these are followed up and remedied
- Have dialogue with superusers and operations to capture needs and support the use of the system
- Participate in user forums and collaborate with other regions using Orbit and PasIva
- Report status, deviations and development needs to the object manager
- Quality assure documentation and contribute to system data and functionality maintaining high quality
- Contribute to activities in the management plan being carried out as planned
- Coordinate training needs and plan and carry out training initiatives for the operations
- Analyze the operations' needs and translate these into concrete improvement proposals in systems and working methods
- Participate in testing, implementation of changes and version upgrades of the system
Qualifications
We are looking for you who
- Have post-secondary education in IT, health and social care or other education that the employer deems relevant, or equivalent knowledge acquired through working life experience
- Have experience of working in healthcare information systems
- Have working life experience of operation-oriented system management or similar work
- Have good knowledge of digitalization and how IT support can contribute to operational development
- Have experience of working independently and handling several parallel tasks
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Have a B driving license
It is meritorious if you
- Have education in system management, IT management models (e.g. PM3 or ITIL) or information systems
- Have clinical education (e.g. nurse, medical secretary or equivalent)
- Have working life experience of system management within healthcare systems, e.g. Orbit or PasIva
- Have working life experience of change work, testing and implementation of new system versions
- Have working life experience of planning and carrying out training initiatives
- Have working life experience of collaboration with suppliers and external parties
- Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
