ResponsibilitiesIn their support functions, the main tasks consist of creating good conditions for the business to be handled efficiently and to achieve the best possible customer service. The role involves responsibility for correct transactions with customers and suppliers, as well as providing support to internal and external customers and taking responsibility for solving the customer's needs both short-term and long-term, with a sustainable perspective.
In the role, you will mainly:
- Ensure correct handling of transactions with customers & suppliers
- Provide qualified support to internal and external customers
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other functions with an understanding of the entire business flow
- Contribute to the implementation of the ongoing system change
You work closely with other colleagues within customer service and have close contact with other parts of the company. Communication and collaboration are central parts of the work, and you are part of several teams where you together identify effective working methods and solutions.
You will have an important role in the implementation and system change they are facing. Initially, it is important that you quickly familiarize yourself with the operations and quality-assure data before the transition to the new system. In the long run, there are good development opportunities for you who take initiative and want to develop in a larger organization with many career paths.
Working hours are weekdays 07:00–16:00, and the location is Timrå.
QualificationsTo thrive in this role, we see that you are a person with strong self-leadership, which means you have a good ability to make your own decisions and can drive your own work forward. You have a curious attitude, analytical ability, and want to understand the customer's business and how your contribution affects results and goals. Since you will work in different teams, we assume that you have a high ability to collaborate and understand the importance of communication and involvement of other functions to achieve success. You are driven by change and development and constantly strive to understand the customer's needs.
We see that you have:
- Secondary education
- Several years of relevant work experience from sales, customer service, or business administration
- Good knowledge of the Office package and very good knowledge of Excel
- High digital maturity and system understanding
- Ability to analyze complex situations and see the big picture
- Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
- Post-secondary education that may be relevant for a role with us
- Knowledge of the recycling industry
- Business-related education from university college or university
- Experience of system change
- Experience from Microsoft Dynamics
