About the job

Nearly seven million private individuals and companies have a digital mailbox for secure digital mail from public actors. We are now looking for an experienced specialist with technical understanding who wants to take responsibility for regulations and technical specifications for the infrastructure behind digital mail.

In this role, you contribute to ensuring that the infrastructure is robust, secure, and adapted to both today's and future needs. You are part of a cross-functional business team and work closely with the Swedish Tax Agency, which is responsible for the technical development and operation of the infrastructure. You work in close collaboration with authorities, intermediaries, and mailbox operators, driving complex issues forward with a holistic view and technical competence. Among other things, you are responsible for developing and monitoring requirements for connected actors, as well as ensuring that regulations, technical specifications, and working methods are clear and up-to-date. The role also involves planning and monitoring audits and collaborating with external IT auditors.

  Examples of tasks:

• develop and maintain the infrastructure's regulations, technical specifications, and technical frameworks
• ensure clear, appropriate, and monitorable requirements for connected actors
• ensure compliance with architecture principles, guidelines, standards, and security requirements
• plan and conduct monitoring of mailbox operators in collaboration with external IT auditors
• collaborate closely with development teams, architects, lawyers, and other specialists in the work of developing and maintaining the infrastructure
• translate business needs and priorities into concrete development initiatives and IT requirements
• drive development and maintenance issues related to digital mail.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have the following competencies, knowledge, and experiences:

Experiences and knowledge - requirements

• at least five years of current experience in the development, maintenance, or requirement setting of digital services
• experience in translating business needs into technical requirements
• experience in creating, maintaining, or monitoring regulations for infrastructure and digital services, technical frameworks, APIs, or technical specifications
• experience in independently driving development or maintenance issues forward in collaboration with other specialists
• experience in developing working methods, processes, or routines within IT management or service management
• knowledge of IT architecture, such as architecture principles, integrations, technical dependencies
• knowledge of information security and IT security
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, meaning you can produce reports, decision support materials, and other content at the level required by the task, as well as communicate complex content in an understandable way.

Experiences and knowledge - meritorious

• experience with IT audit, external review, or structured monitoring of suppliers or connected actors
• knowledge of service management, such as ITIL, FitSM, or equivalent frameworks
• experience working with architecture issues, such as as a solution architect, technical specialist, or similar role
• experience working in or near the public sector
