Do you want to help build a secure and future-proof IT environment for the entire municipality of Örnsköldsvik? We are now looking for an engaged and technically skilled IT specialist at 50% with a focus on identity and access management, data integration, and secure authentication.

As an IAM specialist with us, you will become an important part of the work with identity and permission management within the municipality's IT environment. You will work closely with operations, security, and business units to ensure stable, secure, and efficient management of users, permissions, and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Identity and permission management
• Lifecycle management of users and accounts
• Federation, SSO, and MFA
• Integrations between directory services and business systems
• Automation and optimization of IAM processes
• Participation in the development of security and governance work related to identity

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM or identity management work
• Experience with authentication, federation, and permission control
• Understanding of IT security and information security
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

• NetIQ Identity Manager / OpenText Identity Manager
• Identity Governance and automated provisioning
• MobilityGuard, Onegate, or similar federation solutions
• PowerShell or other automation tools

The Consultancy and Service Administration provides support and services to the administrations in our areas of property, operations and service, catering, IT, and administrative support services.

As part of the interview process, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents include a passport, international ID card, driver's license + personal certificate from the Tax Agency, or another ID document that strengthens citizenship. For some positions, extracts from the police's suspicion and criminal record registers are required. We appreciate language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sami varieties, as the Municipality of Örnsköldsvik is included in both the Finnish and Sami administrative areas.

In our municipality, several positions are placed in security classes, so security clearance may take place. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
