About the assignment

The client is a man in his 30s with an acquired spinal cord injury who lives with his family. He needs personal assistance in his daily life to ensure that life functions in a secure and dignified manner.

This is a job for you who wants to build a long-term relationship and has the ability to be both present and attentive.

You will work in an environment with clear routines and structure. Introduction takes place on-site, and you will have time to get to know both the client and the working methods. We value good communication, clarity, and respectful cooperation – to ensure that daily life functions securely for everyone.

Tasks

The work includes, among other things:

• Assisting with personal care
• Helping with meals
• Performing household chores
• Assisting with transfers and manual lifting

Working hours

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night – weekdays and weekends:

• 07:00–15:00
• 07:00–18:00
• 15:00–22:00
• 18:00–07:00 (Awake night)
• 22:00–07:00 (Awake night)

Requirements

• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals
• Category B driver's license
• Access to a car
• Good physical strength (manual transfers are involved)

From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
