About the position
Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday occurrences as well as basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
It is important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. The client is interested in food, animals, bathing, and nature. Sharing these interests is considered an advantage. She appreciates order and tidiness and likes to have a neat and pleasant environment, which is easier if you, as the applicant, are also an organized person.
Who are you?
The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.
Requirements for the position:
- Willing to work for a woman in her 40s living in Ronneby
- Good knowledge of Swedish
- Valid B driver's license and access to a car
- Non-smoker
- Tolerant of pets
- Experience with epilepsy

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary
The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of 60%. Working hours are Tuesday–Friday 10:00–16:00.
Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.
