Rydebäcksskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) located approximately one mile south of Helsingborg. Currently, the school has around 940 students divided into two different school buildings. Job Responsibilities
One of our capable pedagogues is moving forward in their career, so we are looking for an engaged new colleague for the autumn term. You will primarily teach students in grades 6-9 in small teaching groups, which we call "studion" (study studio).
Your responsibilities include guiding and inspiring our students to help them move forward in their development. You will collaborate closely with your team colleagues and other driven pedagogues at the school. Mentorship responsibilities for students are included in the role.
It is natural for you to follow research and development and integrate it into teaching. Your knowledge promotes creative and inclusive learning environments. Digital tools are used in teaching, and it is important that you see the potential of digitalization and utilize it.
To increase goal achievement and social cohesion, we work extensively on developing our teaching, and you will become a key cog in this work. We are constantly working on school development through continuous teacher meetings where all colleagues contribute.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have teacher certification and are qualified to teach grades 6-9 in mathematics and Natural Sciences (NO). Broader qualifications are advantageous. You are a clear and structured leader with good pedagogical skills in teaching.
For you, it is obvious to collaborate with your colleagues both within the subject area and with other subjects. You show interest, respect, and understanding for others. You see differences as an asset and want to reach everyone's unique prerequisites.
You create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Your values reflect the school curriculum, and you have a genuine belief that all people can and want to develop both academically and socially. In your pedagogical leadership, you see students' difficulties as opportunities instead of obstacles, and create a school day with clear structure for the student.
It is also natural for you to share knowledge and experience regarding reading and writing difficulties, speech disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF). You see opportunities, are flexible, and focus on finding the best possible solution. You are accustomed to using digital aids for communication, creation, and learning.
