Gosol Energi is now looking for a Finance Assistant for their office in Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm. Here you will combine ongoing financial work with digitalization, process development, and efficiency improvements in a growing and future-oriented organization.

About the role

As a Finance Assistant, you will become an important part of the finance department and work closely with the CFO. You will have a broad role where you are responsible for ongoing financial tasks while also being involved in developing and streamlining the company's financial processes.

The finance department handles a large number of supplier and customer invoices every month. Over the coming years, there will be a strong focus on further developing, digitizing, and automating the financial processes in Fortnox, where you will play a key role in driving and implementing improvements.

You will also be responsible for the payroll administration for approximately 40 employees.

Your responsibilities

• Supplier accounting
• Customer invoicing
• Payments
• Reconciliations
• Payroll administration
• Year-end closing support
• Reporting
• Process development and efficiency
• Digitalization and automation of financial flows

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree in economics or finance
• Is a recent graduate or has a few years of experience in financial work
• Is ambitious and wants to develop long-term within finance and business control
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Has a strong interest in finance, systems, and digital working methods
• Is driven by finding smarter and more efficient ways of working
• Is curious, proactive, and willing to take significant responsibility for your own development
• Experience with Fortnox and/or payroll administration is a plus
