Welcome to us at the Infant Unit!

The Infant Unit's operations are aimed at expectant parents and parents with children aged 0–12 months. Therapists at the unit work in various ways to provide support and treatment regarding attachment and interaction. This may involve experiences related to pregnancy, childbirth, the relationship with the little child, the role of being a parent, and the child's needs. The child's existence is always in focus. Since the needs of families vary, the interventions are individually tailored.

Our Offer

For life forward. Region Östergötland has high ambitions and a responsible mission. It is about health and care, about the development of our region, and about those who live and visit here. Therefore, we offer unique opportunities for further learning and invest in modern environments with efficient systems and tools. Many of us meet patients and relatives, while others create the conditions for vital interventions. Here, fantastic people work towards the same goal – to make a real difference, and for life forward.

At the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic (BUP) in Norrköping, we are constantly engaged in development and improvement work to create better care for our patients and a good working environment for our staff.
