We are now looking for a new colleague for Boende Isidor, a facility we operate on behalf of Linköping Municipality. Here you will meet adults experiencing homelessness who live with substance use, mental health issues, and/or co-occurring disorders. The facility has 25 places and 8 emergency spots, offering 24/7 support with a holistic perspective on the individual's life situation. With us, you will work in a relationship-oriented, structured, and long-term manner, focusing on creating safety, stability, and opportunities for change.

About the role

Together with your colleagues, you create a safe and meaningful environment for our residents – where every individual's needs are at the center. You meet people in vulnerable life situations and contribute to creating conditions for increased independence and improved quality of life. Your work involves, among other things:

• Providing individually adapted support in daily life based on implementation plans
• Working in a motivational and relationship-building manner, focusing on change and participation
• Contributing to reducing the harmful effects of addiction and mental health issues
• Creating structure, safety, and stability in the residential environment
• Ensuring that routines and house rules are followed for everyone's safety

You work closely with participants in their daily lives, while collaborating with colleagues and external actors. Documentation is a central part of the assignment, and you work systematically to ensure quality, continuity, and legal security in the interventions.

Structure, responsibility, and a professional attitude are natural parts of your work.

We are looking for you who have:

• A completed vocational education as a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Documented knowledge and/or experience of working with addiction issues, mental health problems, and functional variations.
• Experience with case recording/documentation.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have:

• An academic education as a social worker or within the behavioral sciences.
• Training in relapse prevention (RP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), low-arousal approach, and/or ESL (an independent life).
