About Us
Klara Teoretica Gymnasium has existed since 2000 and today we have 350 employees and a total of 4,200 students across our high schools. We have 11 schools throughout Sweden offering university-preparatory education in economics, social sciences, technology, and natural sciences. We also offer the vocational program Sales and Service at our school in Linköping.
This is Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Linköping
Klara Teoretica Gymnasium Linköping started in 2005 and offers 3 university-preparatory programs (SA, EK, and NA) as well as 1 vocational preparatory program (FS). We are an independent school centrally located next to the Travel Center, and we currently have approximately 420 students and 40 employees.
Who We Are Looking For
Do you want to be a secure adult, a listening voice, and a driving force for student well-being? Then we are looking for you as a counselor for our school! As a counselor, you are an important key person in our student health team, where you will focus on attendance and preventive measures.

As a counselor, you will become part of our student health services and collaborate closely with mentors, teachers, and school management. Your work is both preventive and promoting, and you will have a key role in investigating, understanding, and working with student absenteeism, with the goal of creating a school where everyone wants and can be with us.

You will become an important cog in the school's systematic student health work, where we work to build strong structures and secure environments that promote health, attendance, and learning.
We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker or have equivalent counselor competence:
- Have experience with student health work
- Have the ability to create trust and meet young people in different life situations
- Are structured, collaborative, and self-initiating
- Are passionate about working preventively, promotingly, and solution-focused
- Have experience with absenteeism investigations

- The position is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, starting August 6, 2026, or as agreed. The position is 75%.
