As a counselor, you are guided by clear values and integrity. You work both preventively and promotively, with group-strengthening efforts in classes as well as with individual students through motivational conversations. The work includes conducting student interviews such as support, conflict, and crisis interviews, as well as investigative interviews with students in groups and individually. You are also an important part of the EHT (Student Health Team) work. Just like our other employees, you are expected to be involved in the school's development and take responsibility for the operations meeting its goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or other adequate education within social work, behavioral science, or psychology. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a school counselor or with young people. As a person, you have the ability to create good relationships with students and colleagues. You need to be curious about the people around you and contribute with both sensitivity and solutions. Of course, it is also important to have good judgment. You take great responsibility for your tasks and for driving your work forward.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. The extent is 30%. The start date is August 6, 2026.
