I am completely bedridden, but I am the one driving my assistance and my daily life. You become my extended arms and legs, in a world where I hold the baton.

The work is largely social. We talk, reflect, and navigate everyday life together. When life throws a plot twist, you are the one who provides calm.

REQUIREMENT: SOCIAL SENSITIVITY

This is crucial for our daily life to function.

• You are my cognitive anchor.
• I am looking for a rock who can navigate my well-being with a smile – without me needing to draw a map or manual for every step.
• You maintain your calm and structure.
• Fluent Swedish is a requirement for our deep conversations and reflections.
• I need you to master a low-affective approach, where you meet my intensity with stability. You manage to hold the red thread, even when I lose it myself.

Who are we looking for?

You have a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner. You are perceptive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere in the home. Chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life. You enjoy cooking.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and secure in your role.

Employment level: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement, runs as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
