The Social Services Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and are to implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The assignment involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

At the Individual and Family Care unit, official cases within various parts of the social services are processed. Here you will also find outpatient care for adults, children, and families. We are a workplace with approx. 180 employees, both men and women of varying ages and years in the profession. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Adult Center, outpatient care for harmful use and addiction, has the task of meeting people with experience of harmful use/addiction, criminal lifestyle, and homelessness. Within the unit, there are outpatient interventions with counseling treatment, adult support, and Day Support. We also run the category housing Kaptensgatan and are responsible for an emergency shelter, with space for the night for up to 7 people, as well as the activity house on Agneshögsgatan in Motala.

The Adult Center is now looking for 1 Treatment Pedagogue.

As a Treatment Pedagogue, the role includes motivational and change work in the form of contact, conversation, and practical guidance, being a support in various official contacts, collaborating with relevant actors internally and externally, and supporting the individual in various activities towards an independent life. Support and treatment work is carried out in a cohesive assignment where the treatment work is centered around individual planning carried out in adapted case groups around the individual.

As a Treatment Pedagogue, you are responsible for writing implementation plans and other documentation based on the individual's need for support in everyday life, as well as planning and carrying out follow-ups with feedback to the commissioner.

The work is performed according to schedule, during day and evening times, weekdays and weekends.

External supervision is offered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Competencies:

• For the role, we are looking for you who have at least a two-year University College (YH) education within social work, e.g., treatment pedagogue, or other post-secondary education assessed as equivalent.
• You should have experience of working within addiction/addiction care.
• Meritorious if you have education/knowledge in methods such as: 12-step method, SKL, CRA, CRAFT, AP, and Housing First.
• A B driver's license is a requirement.
