Do you want to lead and develop operations that make a difference for people with substance abuse issues?
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated team leader who wants to contribute structure, leadership, and development to an operation where the individual's journey of change is at the center.
Who are we?
Beroendecenter Trozelli is a facility within the social services department that provides support and treatment for individuals with harmful substance use and addiction issues. The facility offers support measures based on individual needs, focusing on motivation, change, and improved quality of life.
At Trozelli, we work with a professional and respectful approach where the relationship with the individual is a crucial part of the change process. Here, dedicated employees with broad competence focus heavily on creating sustainable changes for the individual.
Your responsibilities
As a team leader at Beroendecenter Trozelli, you play a central role in daily operations, responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the work team in operational tasks. We are looking for someone experienced in the role of team leader and who feels confident leading staff in a fast-paced environment with complex cases.
The team leader works on-site together with other employees at Trozelli and is an active part of the daily work in the facility. The role involves close collaboration with the work team, where you act as a support in both client work and operational matters.
The work involves daily contact with many clients, and you need to be confident in handling treatment issues and complex situations that may arise in the facility. You also work with administrative matters such as routines, documentation, planning, and structure to ensure quality and continuity in the work.
The role includes leading and distributing daily work, supervising employees, and contributing to the development of methods and routines. You collaborate with social services, healthcare, and other partners to ensure the facility operates professionally and legally.
As a team leader, you are expected to be a clear and present leader who creates engagement, participation, and good conditions for collaboration within the work team.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a social worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with harmful substance use and addiction, as well as several years of experience in coordinating or supervisory roles.
It is an advantage if you have experience in treatment work, motivational work, or work within social services and addiction care.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and professional with good ability to lead and motivate others. You easily create relationships and collaborations and are clear in your communication and leadership.
You have the ability to handle conflicts constructively and can adapt your leadership style based on the situation and individual. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have good self-awareness. Furthermore, you are a person with high integrity who acts professionally even in challenging situations and contributes to a respectful and trusting work climate.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop the facility and is motivated by making a difference for people in change.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
