We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy living with his family in Väderstad. The boy lives with his mother, father, and younger brother and needs assistance with various activities and daily routines.

We are seeking assistants who can provide all necessary support. This may include personal care, mobility assistance, and accompaniment to various activities. The assistant should be aware of and able to perform tasks such as using a mechanical insufflation-exsufflation device (cough assist), sucting mucus, and administering inhalations.

Who we are looking for

• Personal qualities:
• Attentiveness and empathy are crucial to meet the client's needs.
• Patience and understanding when working with a young individual.
• Experience and education:
• Experience in personal assistance is desirable.
• Education in the field is an advantage but not a requirement.
• A driver's license and access to a car are REQUIRED.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• The assistant should be comfortable with bathing and physically strong enough to perform manual lifts.

Working hours and flexibility:

• We are looking for substitutes for both day and evening shifts, as well as wake-night shifts.
