We are currently seeking temporary staff for several of our operations in Bresätter, Söderköping, and Hannäs, Åtvidaberg. Could you be the person we are looking for?

Who are we?

Our operations provide housing and day activities in accordance with the LSS Act (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments). We have several smaller units in Bresätter, Söderköping, and Hannäs, Åtvidaberg, where we offer individually tailored support to individuals with various mental disabilities. Our operations are grounded in an anthroposophical view of humanity, and employment with us requires an openness to these ideas.

Who are you?

As an employee, you are expected to plan and carry out your work in line with the fundamental principles of the LSS Act. Central values include the individual's right to privacy and self-determination. We strive to ensure that those living with us can live like everyone else and experience life as meaningful.

You should be empathetic, flexible, and reflective. Empathetic to understand the resident's perspective and provide adequate support. Flexible to adapt your working methods to the resident's daily condition and abilities. Reflective to distance yourself from your own beliefs about right and wrong, and to give yourself the conditions for continuous professional development.

Common tasks include individually tailored help and support in various areas of life, household and gardening chores, and offering meaningful day and leisure activities. The operation is staffed 24/7, which means on-site night duty is included in the position. As an employee, you also assist with contacts with authorities and healthcare services, and perform social documentation in accordance with current legislation and operational routines.

We are looking for someone who is calm, self-assured, and proactive, with an interest in development and cultivation. It is an advantage if you are educated in care, social work, or pedagogy. Of course, personal suitability and professional experience are also considered.
