About the position

We at Olivia are currently looking for an engaged personal assistant for our client for a summer temporary position lasting 4 weeks.

Our client usually lives in Norrköping, but during these lovely summer weeks, she spends her time in a caravan in Finspång. We are looking for someone who can work these times and days:

• Wk 27: 09.00-17.00 (Tue, Thu)

• Wk 28: 09.00-17.00 (Tue, Thu)

• Wk 29: 09.00-17.00 (Mon-Fri)

• Wk 30: 09.00-17.00 (Mon-Fri)

About the client

The client is a woman in her 70s with a great interest in cooking and flowers. She owns a caravan which she enjoys staying in during the summers. She can describe her preferences herself, and as an assistant, you will be an important support in her daily routines and activities.

The duties include the following:

• Help with daily routines such as household chores and cooking

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing

• Involves some lifting/moving

Are you the person the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, responsible, calm, and patient. You are an empathetic person who easily puts yourself in other people's situations. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a home with a dog

• Valid driver's license and access to a car

Employment level: 1 summer temporary position

Start date: Immediately, interviews are conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a background certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Because the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
