We are looking for you who want a meaningful job and want to make a difference in the daily life of a young man.
Our client is a 26-year-old man who loves life and is now seeking new positive forces for his assistance team. He is a happy, curious person who enjoys being active and experiencing things. He can walk short distances, but his energy levels vary. When he needs to rest, he sits in his wheelchair or needs to be driven in it when you go on adventures.
On weekdays, he attends day activities, but during his free time, he likes to find fun things to do. He loves going to concerts, the cinema, swimming, and bathing, but he also appreciates being able to relax at home as he is very home-loving.
Because he has significant medical needs and other disabilities, he needs your help to live his life exactly as he wants.
He hears everything you say but lacks speech, which means you speak very clear Swedish. You also communicate using sign and picture support. You are good at reading body language and are curious to learn his way of communicating back.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, sensitive, flexible, and able to adapt your work to the client's needs.
