We are looking for a Debt Collector to join a company that is part of an international group operating within the debt collection industry. The Swedish operations are in an exciting growth phase and are now expanding their organization with support from a larger European group with broad experience. The company works to create long-term and sustainable solutions for customers, partners, and clients. At Asta Agency, we collaborate with the company in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good prospects for permanent employment with the company. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant for the company.

As a Debt Collector, you will play a central role in daily customer contact and become an important part of the operations department. You will handle customer cases via phone and email, administer customer accounts, and ensure that information is registered correctly according to routines, processes, and current regulations.

The role involves helping customers understand their situation, answering questions, and contributing to sustainable payment solutions. You will review customers' financial circumstances, set up repayment plans, handle card payments and direct debits, and follow up on cases with relevant authorities. Through your work, you contribute both to the customer experience and to achieving the team's goals in a structured and high-quality manner.

We are looking for you who are communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in your interactions with both customers and colleagues. You have a professional and positive attitude, even in situations where the customer may need extra support or clarity. To thrive in this role, we see that you are meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously.

Additionally, you have:

• A completed upper secondary education.

• Experience with telephone communication.

• Good computer skills and the ability to handle multiple systems in parallel.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• A service-oriented and solution-focused approach to work.

Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.

• Location: Solna

• Scope: Full-time with working hours Monday-Friday between 08:30-17:15

• Salary: According to agreement
