As an Integration Tester, you will work in a specific project where the focus is on a complex software system linked to a larger product. Your daily routine revolves around receiving new software deliveries, integrating them into the system, and verifying that the functionality works as intended in simulated environments.

The work is characterized by a high delivery focus where integration occurs continuously, often weekly or more frequently depending on needs. You become a key part of ensuring that every delivery maintains the correct quality before moving on to the customer. This means you test, analyze results, identify deviations early, and provide feedback to the development team so that errors can be understood, corrected, and followed up.

In this role, you collaborate closely with software developers, other integrators, and individuals working with system-level integration and debugging. You participate in sprint planning, daily meetings, and follow-ups where new features, test activities, and deliveries are planned. An important part of the work is contributing your understanding of quality, functionality, and delivery maturity in the dialogue with developers.

Additionally, you monitor the quality of software deliveries over time. This may involve generating statistics, analyzing bug reports, and identifying recurring problems, patterns, and areas for improvement. In this way, you contribute both to resolving current deviations and to strengthening the product's quality in the long term.

The system is complex and has many dependencies, which means you will gradually build a deeper understanding of the system's function, behavior, and interconnections.

• Test and verify software in simulated rigs
• Ensure stable and reproducible builds
• Integrate new software deliveries into the system
• Debug deviations between software and system integration
• Provide feedback on test results and deviations to developers
• Develop and plan test cases with a focus on possible automation

To be considered for the role, we see that you have experience working closely with software, testing, and integration in technically complex environments. You are accustomed to understanding how different parts of a system interact and to debugging, analyzing, and driving issues forward together with development teams and other technical roles.

We look for:

• Experience with integration and verification in complex systems, for example as an integrator, system tester, or test automation engineer
• Understanding of the combination of software development, testing, and integration
• Experience working cross-functionally between development and testing
• Experience with documentation tools, such as Confluence or similar
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have worked with test automation or with developing and improving test cases in complex systems. Experience in analyzing bug reports, following up on recurring problems, and contributing to improved delivery quality over time is also valuable.
