We are looking for you to take on the exciting and important role of Front Desk Coordinator and become part of our Front Desk team. In this role, you will represent us externally to clients and other visitors.
You play a central role in our operations, situated at the heart of the action as days are filled with negotiations, client meetings, and events. The Front Desk team in Stockholm consists of two full-time employees and law students who work part-time alongside their studies as needed.
Who we are looking for
We would like you to have previous experience from service industries – perhaps you have worked as a receptionist, assistant, or in a similar role where you have developed your ability to provide professional service. Since we have both national and international clients, you must be able to express yourself very well orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. We also expect you to have good knowledge of the Office suite.

You take responsibility for your tasks, have good initiative and problem-solving skills, and are a positive and service-oriented team player.
Your role
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the operation of the Front Desk and the Conference Department, ensuring that service and professionalism always maintain a high level – while also contributing to a personal and warm welcome. The role includes, among other things, responsibility for the firm’s telephone exchange, travel bookings for employees, booking and preparation of meeting rooms, handling of mail, and booking of couriers.
The Front Desk team is also responsible for keeping the Conference Department and the office’s common areas – such as the reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and break areas – clean, welcoming, and pleasant. The job also involves ordering breakfast, lunch, or dinner for meetings and events, as well as assisting with evening events if needed.
The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probation period applies. Desired start date is August 2026.
