You will step into a comprehensive development project for a socially important digital mailbox service that is being modernized to become more accessible, secure, and inclusive. The environment is integration-intensive, and the role is crucial for ensuring the service delivers high performance, robustness, and stability when new features, improved user experience, and changed operations are introduced.

Here you will work both strategically and operationally with performance testing in complex system landscapes. You contribute with structure, traceability, and a clear quality mindset throughout the entire testing process, while collaborating closely with development and operations. This is a role for you who wants to influence the quality of a widely used service where technical improvements make a real difference.

• You design, implement, execute, and analyze automated performance tests using k6 or similar tools.
• You translate business requirements into measurable performance requirements, load models, and testable performance scenarios.
• You analyze metrics, logs, and integration flows to identify bottlenecks and root causes of performance and stability issues.
• You drive the work with test strategy, test design, execution, and follow-up throughout the entire development chain.
• You work with performance testing of integration-intensive systems and API-based solutions.
• You collaborate closely with development and operations teams in agile ways of working to improve quality, robustness, and scalability.

• At least three (3) years of experience in independently designing, implementing, executing, and analyzing automated performance tests with tools such as k6 or similar.
• At least three (3) years of experience in defining, documenting, and translating business requirements into measurable performance requirements, load models, and testable performance scenarios.
• At least three (3) years of experience in analyzing metrics and logs, troubleshooting integration flows, and identifying root causes of performance and stability issues.
• At least three (3) years of experience in performance testing of integration-intensive systems and API-based solutions.
• At least two (2) years of experience working in container-based platforms such as OpenShift or similar.
• Experience working in agile teams and applying agile ways of working for at least three (3) years.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience with metrics collection, monitoring, and analysis in Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Experience with performance testing in public sector operations or other environments with high demands on availability, security, and stability.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and other integration-based services in complex system landscapes.
