We are now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for a role within digital services and traveler-centric solutions. This role is ideal for you if you have strong delivery capabilities, good technical understanding, and experience driving complex initiatives in environments with many dependencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.

About the Role

You will work within a department responsible for digital services related to navigation, guidance, and traffic information. The assignment involves leading and driving development initiatives based on a roadmap, where solutions may consist of both procured system components and self-developed services.

The role requires you to switch between different types of initiatives and phases – from needs analysis and impact mapping to requirements work, procurement, implementation, and deployment into the operational environment. You will work closely with product owners, test leaders, internal development teams, and external suppliers, and contribute to improved collaboration between teams and product areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive IT-related initiatives within navigation, guidance, and traffic information
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on assignments in various phases from needs to implementation
• Collaborate with product owners, test leaders, development teams, and suppliers
• Drive procurement and implementation of systems and services
• Ensure progress in environments with multiple collaborating teams and many dependencies
• Work with requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and change management
• Contribute to the development of working methods, collaboration, and processes between different parts of the organization

Requirements for the Role

Essential Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in the role of IT Project Manager
• At least 3 years of experience in development projects in a client role towards one or more suppliers
• At least 3 years of experience leading procurement of goods and services according to LOU or LUF (Swedish public procurement acts)
• At least 2 documented assignments where change management was a key deliverable
• At least 6 years of experience in assignments where requirements analysis and gathering were central parts
• At least 3 assignments in the last 5 years where agile product development methodology was used
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in environments with multiple collaborating teams, suppliers, or business areas

Value-Added Requirements

• Experience in assignments within larger organizations, such as government agencies or similar
• Experience with information services and IT systems directed towards users
• Experience with IT assignments involving integrations and complex information flows
• Experience with project budget responsibility

Assignment Details

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm
• Remote work: Partially possible, at least two days per week on-site
