System Developer Technical Systems, Consulting Assignment – Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Karlskoga or Lund

Our client is a leading technology organization working on the development of advanced technical systems. We are now looking for you who thrive in the role of a consultant and have experience in software development in complex and innovative environments.

In the role of System Developer, you will work in an agile and cross-functional team with the design, development and further development of software. You contribute to creating robust and scalable solutions with a high focus on quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop new and existing software from requirements to finished functionality
• Write, test and integrate code in complex system environments
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design decisions
• Conduct unit tests and support system and integration testing
• Collaborate closely with product owners and users to ensure needs-driven development

Your background

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Science or equivalent experience
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, C# or C++)
• Experience with databases, APIs and integration technology
• Proficiency in agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (e.g., Git)
• Problem-solving skills and interest in new technology
• Good collaboration and communication skills

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in front-end or full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular)
• Experience developing in large or safety-critical systems
• Experience improving development processes or working with DevOps integration
