You will step into an initiative within Workforce Management where the goal is to establish a new standardized Reporting & Analytics setup. The focus is on building a reporting package in Power BI and Snowflake that provides approximately 400 first-line managers with clear and useful operational decision support.

Here you will work with data and KPIs from Finance, HR, and WFM in a solution designed to make it easier to quickly detect deviations and turn insights into concrete actions. You will become a key part of a context with many dependencies between business, IT, data platforms, and external parties, where you collaborate closely with project management, business representatives, Business Analysts, as well as architecture and operations functions. This is a role for you who likes to make data models, KPI logic, and visualization work together in a solution with clear business value.

• You develop and further develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
• You translate business requirements and KPI definitions into sustainable technical solutions and clear data logic.
• You contribute to establishing and further developing the information model and calculation logic.
• You work iteratively with MVP deliveries and subsequent releases.
• You drive testing, validation, and adjustment together with the business to ensure the solution works in practice.
• You ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to operations.
• You help simplify the reporting landscape by supporting the decommissioning of redundant dashboards and reports.

• At least 5 years of experience in BI development in Power BI, from requirements to delivery.
• Very strong competence in data modeling, DAX, visualization, and large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms.
• Documented ability to translate business requirements and KPI structures into technical solutions.
• Experience with iterative development in close collaboration with the business, for example, sprints and user stories.

• Understanding of finance, HR, Workforce Management, and operational control.
• Experience with decision support for first-line managers or other operational target groups.
• Experience working in environments with many dependencies between business, IT, and external suppliers.
