Are you a self-employed professional with extensive experience in system integration and Linux environments? Do you want to take on an exciting assignment within the Swedish defense industry – but without the burden of running your own business? We offer project-based employment, providing you with the assignment, security, and the opportunity to focus on what you do best.

We have a continuous need for competent integrators and system engineers for assignments within security-critical IT infrastructure for the Swedish Armed Forces. You will work with integration, deployment, and security solutions in Linux and Windows environments, often in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and end-users. The assignments span various phases of the project, with a focus on early phases such as system integration and changes to communication and security solutions. Travel is required, mostly within Sweden.

Qualifications

You are self-motivated, responsible, and thrive working closely with customers and technical teams. You have a university degree in computer science, networking, or equivalent experience, and at least 3–8 years of relevant work experience (we are looking for profiles at different levels). You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Extensive Linux competence (administration, troubleshooting, hardening)
• Experience in network management and basic IT security
• Bash scripting
• Python scripting
• Experience with virtualization and deployment
• Version control (Git)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
