About the operations:
Vallentuna, together with Nynäshamn Municipality, is running a digitalization and competence development project funded by the European Social Fund.
The project is organizationally part of the Digitalization Unit at the Municipal Executive Office, where you will be one of several project members. The target groups are located throughout the municipality's organization. The role reports to the Project Manager and the Digitalization Manager.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for training initiatives within Microsoft 365, AI, and digital working methods, as well as leading operation-oriented development initiatives related to the digital workplace. The role combines pedagogy, process management, and operational development, involving close collaboration with operations, managers, system administrators, IT functions, and project management.
As a digitalization coach, you work to educate and strengthen employees' digital skills. You prepare lectures and exercises for training sessions, as well as conducting them. You register participant attendance at the trainings according to established procedures and document the implementation.
As part of the role, you will also map work processes in workshop format and, together with work groups, identify digitalization opportunities. After quality assurance of new work processes, you will also provide training in these.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education: IT or systems science education, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Knowledge of and understanding of municipal operations
- Experience in developing training materials, guides, or other knowledge support
- Experience with AI services and generative AI
- Basic understanding of laws and regulations relevant to digitalization: OSL, GDPR, Data Protection Regulation, AI regulations, cybersecurity legislation, etc.
- Good knowledge of Office 365 as well as M365. Meritorious if you are also a regular user of applications such as Copilot, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Category B driver's license is meritorious
- Very good knowledge of Swedish as well as English, both spoken and written
- Meritorious if you have experience in operational development and process mapping.

Information:

The employment is a 12-month project position on a full-time basis, starting September 1st or by agreement, with the possibility of extension. We apply individual salary setting. In this recruitment process, we use tests. The tests are used as a complement to your experience and competencies with the aim of ensuring the quality of our selection process.
