Do you have a strong drive for IT security, cloud infrastructure, and modern cryptography? Do you want to work with one of the most business-critical security platforms in the Swedish banking sector? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Security Platform Specialist.

About the role

In this role, you will become part of a security team consisting of two other specialists. The team is characterized by close collaboration, knowledge sharing, and agile working methods. You will join a specialist team focused entirely on Azure Managed HSM and key management, closely integrated with a larger team within Entra ID, AD, and PKI.

Our client is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, which means you will have a shaping role with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and long-term platform development. You will have direct influence over technical decisions and working methods, and will have the opportunity to dive deep into future-proof technologies such as Post-Quantum Cryptography.

Responsibilities

As a Security Platform Specialist, you combine operational operations, technical problem-solving, and long-term development of the bank's cloud security. You are responsible for ensuring the highest possible security, stability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Responsible for the operation and further development of Azure Managed HSM.
  • Manage the lifecycle of encryption keys (Key Lifecycle Management).
  • Design and implement robust integrations and automation via IaC.
  • Incident management, troubleshooting, and proactive work regarding High Availability and Disaster Recovery in business-critical environments.
  • Develop and manage governance and access control within Azure Governance.
  • Collaborate agilely with the team to drive the platform's long-term direction.
  • Participate in readiness work to ensure continuous operations.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a relevant post-secondary education in IT/Security, or equivalent work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Azure Managed HSM or equivalent security platforms.
  • Experience with security-critical Azure environments in production.
  • Knowledge of cryptography, key management (BYOK/CMK), and Azure governance.
  • Experience with automation and IaC via tools such as PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Understanding of high availability (HA), disaster recovery, and incident management.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from banking, finance, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of network design such as DNS, firewalls, and Private Link.
  • Experience with certificate and key management in hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of modern cryptography, such as post-quantum cryptography.
  • Relevant Azure certifications.
