You will step into an important initiative within Workforce Management, with the goal of building a new, standardized Reporting & Analytics setup. The focus is on creating operational decision support in Power BI and Snowflake that consolidates data and KPIs from Finance, HR, and WFM, making them usable in daily work.

The environment is complex, characterized by several parallel initiatives, many dependencies, and close collaboration between operations, IT, and external vendors. You will work closely with the steering group, program management, other project managers, as well as architecture and operations functions to ensure the solution is delivered all the way from requirements and structure to implementation and usage. This is a role for you who wants to combine project management, BI, and change management in an initiative with clear business impact.

• You drive the project plan, scope, and priorities with a focus on progress, quality, and stakeholder anchoring.
• You lead and coordinate the project's resources and ensure effective collaboration between operations, IT, and external parties.
• You drive requirements work and help the business translate needs into clear solutions, KPI structures, and decision support.
• You monitor deliveries, manage risks, and ensure the project moves forward according to set goals.
• You lead the work with gap analysis, requirement breakdown, information modeling, and KPI definitions, while supporting the development and migration of dashboards.
• You plan and facilitate validation through workshops and user testing.
• You ensure implementation, training, documentation, and a smooth handover to operations.
• You drive change management to create actual usage and decommission redundant reports.

• At least 5 years of experience with BI/Power BI projects from requirements to implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience in agile project management, such as Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong competence in requirements management and KPI structures.
• Experience in cross-functional projects with dependencies between operations, IT, and external vendors.

• Experience in change management, e.g., ADKAR.
• Understanding of finance, HR, workforce planning, and operational control.
