Our client is a specialist company within security technology with operations in Greater Stockholm. They deliver modern solutions within camera surveillance, access control systems, and digital security.

The company primarily works with larger nationwide customers and is responsible for the installation, commissioning, support, and further development of security systems used at hundreds of locations around the country. The business has grown steadily since its inception and currently consists of a small, cohesive team with high technical competence and short decision-making paths.

About the Role

The role is a combination of installation and technical support, where approximately half of the time is spent at the customer site and half at the office in Solna.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Install camera surveillance systems and access control systems
• Mount equipment and perform some cabling
• Configure servers, cameras, and security systems
• Troubleshoot and provide support via phone, email, and remote connection
• Handle user cases and system-related questions
• Perform service visits and component replacements at customer sites
• Document and commission new installations
• Customer contact and technical advice in connection with support cases

The work is varied, and no two weeks are exactly alike. One day you might install a new camera system in a store, and the next day you work with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support from the office.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in installation, service, or technical work within areas such as electricity, telecom, data, networks, or security
• Has good computer skills and feels comfortable installing software and performing technical troubleshooting
• Has a basic understanding of networks and IP-based systems
• Has a technical interest, enjoys varied work, and wants to continue developing
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with camera surveillance or CCTV systems
• Experience with access control systems and lock systems
• Experience with network technology
• Experience with technical support or helpdesk
• Electrical training or background in low-voltage technology
