The parent cooperative Fjällstugan is located in the natural surroundings of Fjällbo Park in Utby, Gothenburg. We have 18 children between the ages of 1 and 6. Fjällstugan is a thriving preschool with a high staff-to-child ratio and a secure, competent team that provides our children with a high-quality and safe daily life.
We are members of Friluftsfrämjandet (The Outdoor Life Association) and work according to their concept Skogsmulle i förskolan (Forest Mulla in Preschool). A sense of nature is fostered by being outdoors in all weather and seasons. The pedagogy is based on outdoor life, outdoor education, and experience-based learning, following the goals of the Swedish National Curriculum.

About the position
We are looking for you who have experience working in preschool and love nature. It is important that you have a low-affective approach and can act as a secure and present adult for the children at the preschool. As a childcare worker, you are involved in preparations, introductions, and settling in of new children, as well as assisting with other tasks within the preschool as needed.
We would appreciate it if you also have experience working with children in need of special support (preferably autism). You need to be engaged, solution-focused, and have a warm attitude. You are confident in yourself and in your role as a pedagogue, and you have a good ability to communicate clearly as well as be responsive to others.

Working hours and duration: The position is a fixed-term employment at 80%. Start date September 1st or as agreed.
Salary: Fixed monthly, weekly, or hourly salary.
