Internship in Recruitment, Procurement, and Consultant Matching

About the Internship

Kraftsam is currently looking for a driven intern who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment, advertising, and consultant matching within the public sector and larger private companies.

During the internship, you will work closely with the team to find, contact, and match consultants to current assignments. This may involve assignments with entities such as the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket), municipal companies, public procurements, as well as consultant inquiries via Magnit and Ework.

This internship is for you if you want to learn real recruitment, from requirement profiles and advertising to search, phone interviews, and candidate presentations.

You will primarily work with:

• Searching for consultants and candidates for current assignments
• Introduction and training in our bidding system, Pabliq
• Working in our candidate system
• Reading and understanding requirement profiles in procurements and consultant inquiries
• Creating, administering, and publishing advertisements
• Contacting candidates via phone, email, and Teams
• Conducting simple phone interviews
• Compiling candidate profiles and CV materials
• Working on assignments from, for example, Trafikverket, municipal companies, Magnit, and Ework
• Actively working with and developing existing AI tools

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is curious, social, and wants to develop within recruitment, search, and staffing. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you must be willing to learn, take responsibility, and dare to contact people.

We would like you to:

• Be enrolled in an ongoing education that includes an internship
• Have an internship period of at least 2.5 months, preferably longer
• Be interested in recruitment, sales, and public procurement
• Enjoy talking on the phone and making new contacts
• Have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Be structured and meticulous
• Be driven and want to develop at a high pace
• Have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in various systems

Merits

It is a plus if you have previously worked with sales, customer contact, service, administration, or recruitment.

Experience from roles where you have had extensive contact with people, worked systematically with follow-ups, or handled multiple tasks simultaneously is also valuable. We view it positively if you are used to taking initiative, are not afraid to pick up the phone, and enjoy creating new contacts.
