We are looking for a Requirements Analyst for a position in Oxelösund, approximately one hour from Stockholm.

Job Description

We are seeking a senior requirements analyst for a long-term transformation program focused on mapping business processes and translating business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.

The role plays a central part in the program, involving close collaboration with both business units and IT to create a shared understanding of processes, needs, and future solutions. A key part of the assignment is to lead process mapping efforts, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that requirements are documented and anchored in a structured manner.

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating workshops, process modeling according to BPMN, requirements gathering and analysis, and breaking down requirements into epics, features, and user stories. The role also involves ensuring traceability throughout the entire development process and acting as the link between business, architects, developers, and testers to ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of experience as a requirements analyst or requirements specialist.
• Documented experience in requirements work as a primary responsibility over several years.
• Strong experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working in complex IT environments with many integrations and system dependencies.
• Documented experience in process mapping and process development.
• Good knowledge of BPMN.
• Experience leading workshops with various types of stakeholders.
• Experience with agile working methods and working with user stories.
• Ability to work independently and drive progress with many different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from industrial, manufacturing, or production-related operations.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or change programs.
• Experience working closely with Enterprise Architects and solution architects.
• Experience in requirements work related to business-critical production processes.

You are structured and analytical, with the ability to quickly grasp complex businesses and issues. You are communicative and pedagogical, and have a talent for creating alignment between business and IT. With a self-starting and proactive approach, you drive work forward and thrive in environments with many stakeholders and dependencies.
