You will step into a strategic role where a major Swedish public authority is developing its future financial landscape. The focus is on creating a long-term sustainable target architecture based on standardization, modernization, and efficiency. Here, you work closely with other architects and contribute to translating architecture into solutions that function in a business-critical environment with high demands on quality, information management, and governance.

You will help shape how financial processes, information flows, and integrations should function moving forward in a larger organization, making this assignment particularly interesting for those who want to work with complex ERP-related issues and real business impact.

• You identify gaps between the current state and standard functionality within the financial landscape.
• You work on target architecture for future financial solutions with a focus on standardization, modernization, and efficiency.
• You conduct information analysis to ensure that the right information is available at the right time.
• You drive requirements specification and solution design within the financial landscape, including integrations with surrounding systems.
• You support work related to procurement, further development, and implementation of systems.
• You contribute to ensuring the architecture follows guidelines for information security, data quality, documentation, and governance.
• You visualize and communicate complex relationships between business needs, IT systems, and proposed solutions in a clear manner.

• You have documented current experience, at least three (3) years in the last 6 years, as a solution architect with a focus on business-critical IT environments in the financial area within a larger organization with at least 1000 employees.
• You have documented and current experience, totaling at least two (2) years in the last 6 years, in working with the implementation of ERP standard systems or integrations to ERP standard systems.
• You have experience in financial areas such as accounting, payroll, inventory, or order management.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Experience from authority-specific financial system projects during the last 6 years.
• Experience with another implementation of an ERP standard system or integrations to ERP standard systems, technically distinct from and from another software vendor than the previously used solution.
• Experience in describing system solutions for the standardization and digitalization of financial processes, for example by transforming fully or partially manual processes into automated flows.
• Ability to pedagogically visualize and communicate complex relationships between IT systems, business capabilities, and IT solutions to both decision-makers and employees.
• Experience with ERP solutions such as Raindance, SAP, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
