Do you want to work in a dynamic project environment where you have the opportunity to lead technical projects from start to finish? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Junior Project Manager who wants to ensure successful project deliveries within a technically advanced operation.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will become an important part of a project execution team responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects and coordinating central activities within ongoing deliveries.

You will drive projects through the entire execution phase – from engineering and procurement to manufacturing, testing, and commissioning. The role involves close collaboration with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and agreed scope.

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project activities

• Ensure that project goals, budget, and timeline are met

• Coordinate activities between various internal and external stakeholders

• Manage project follow-up and financial control

• Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

• Contribute to an efficient and motivated project team

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience coordinating key components within projects

• Experience in technical project management

• Experience in financial follow-up and Financial Management

• Experience in ensuring and following up on customer requirements

• Ability to motivate, coordinate, and drive the project team forward

• Ability to build and develop long-term relationships

• Combination of technical understanding and good leadership skills

• Experience from technical or industrial project environments
