You will step into a sub-project within a larger digitalization initiative where the goal is to consolidate operational controls and self-controls into a new solution based on ServiceNow. This involves an area with significant business impact: controls are performed by approximately 1,000 employees and affect a large number of laws, regulations, directives, and internal rules regarding security, safety, occupational health and environment, and fire safety.

The role combines technical implementation with business change. You drive the transition from several existing systems to a unified future support system, while creating alignment between the business, IT, and external delivery partners. Here, you need to be able to switch between structure, progress, and change management in an environment where many stakeholders are affected in parallel.

This is a role for you who want to take clear ownership in a complex and socially important project where you have significant influence over both the working methods and the delivery.

• You lead and drive the sub-project from planning to the implementation of the new solution.
• You coordinate work between the business, internal stakeholders, IT, and external delivery partners.
• You ensure progress in an agile development setup with ServiceNow as the central platform.
• You drive the transition from existing systems to the new solution, including managing dependencies to other processes and systems.
• You are responsible for change management related to new ways of working and support the business in the transition to the future solution.
• You monitor deliveries, risks, quality, and decisions, and drive the work forward in established forums.
• You report status and progress to program management, steering groups, and other relevant decision-making forums.
• You act as a unifying force in the project and build trust between the business and IT.

• At least 8 years of documented experience in project management in complex businesses.
• Documented experience in both business processes and IT solutions.
• Documented experience working in agile development environments, preferably on platforms like ServiceNow.
• At least 2 completed projects where you were responsible for coordination between business, IT, and external suppliers.
• Documented experience leading projects in operational businesses where change management was a central part.
• Documented experience reporting to steering groups or equivalent decision-making forums.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward, demonstrated through previous leadership roles, including at least one assignment as lead project manager.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders in parallel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• At least 2 years of experience working in ServiceNow or a similar platform.
• Experience from projects within airport operations, the transport sector, or other critical infrastructure or operational environments.
• Experience driving projects related to self-controls, regulatory requirements, or quality monitoring.
• Experience working in larger programs or portfolio management.
• Certification in project management or agile frameworks.
