We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a consultancy assignment starting after the summer. In this role, you will work closely with the business, coach managers, and contribute to business-oriented HR in an organization with multiple companies and a decentralized structure.

The Role of HR Business Partner

In this broad and varied HRBP role, you work closely with managers within one or more business areas. You serve as a key support in both operational and strategic HR matters, with a focus on creating value for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and coaching managers on HR-related issues
• Handling labor law matters, including negotiations and union collaboration
• Contributing to change management, such as during redundancies and business transfers
• Conducting training and supporting managers in HR processes
• Participating in the implementation of HR systems

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with approximately five years of experience as an HR Business Partner who thrives in an independent and business-oriented role. You are confident in your expertise and skilled at building trust in organizations where structures are not always entirely clear. You have strong knowledge of labor law and experience with union negotiations, and you are accustomed to coaching managers, providing support and guidance in a pragmatic and balanced manner. Additionally, we would appreciate experience with HR work related to business transfers.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, business-driven, and possess strong communication skills. You enjoy taking initiative and building relationships within the organization.
