Are you an engaged and confident educator who wants to make a difference for students in lower secondary school? We are looking for you, a certified teacher with eligibility in one or more of the following subjects: Swedish, English, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Technology.

Who are we?

We at Kinnarpsskolan Lower Secondary School (grades 7–9) are part of the principal's area together with Odenvi Lower Secondary School. As a colleague here, you will have the opportunity to help create a school for the future. We have an active collegial network with the new unit Odenvi Lower Secondary School at Ållebergsgymnasiet.

In Falköping, we have also established a comprehensive collegial network between subject teachers who meet regularly to exchange experiences and ensure equality across all our 7–9 units.

The position involves shared mentorship. Eligibility in other subjects is meritorious. As a teacher here, you enjoy teaching and find it fun, stimulating, and developmental. Part of the position includes teaching in a small group in a separate study room for students who need special support.

You have experience working with students in grades 7–9 and thrive in the classroom. Through relational leadership, you create safety, study peace, and motivation. You see each student's unique prerequisites and are driven to create teaching that sparks curiosity and a love for learning.

As a person, you are independent, structured, and flexible. You plan and lead your work with both a holistic view and pedagogical finesse. Your engagement is evident in your meetings with students, colleagues, and guardians – you build relationships, collaborate without hierarchy, and contribute to a positive work environment.

We value that you are proactive, empathetic, and decisive, and that you see opportunities where others see obstacles. A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious.
