Job Description: Childcare Assistant

We are looking for you who want to work to spread joy together with children and educators. You are a trained childcare assistant and have a great commitment and joy for work.

You find it easy to build good relationships with children, guardians, and educators. You want to contribute to creating a joyful pedagogical environment for play, teaching, development, and learning.

You will perform standard tasks for a childcare assistant. It is important that you are flexible, and we have high demands on good communication to ensure that information is conveyed. Together with the preschool teachers, you contribute to the teaching and daily work. You meet everyday life with joy and drive. You enjoy conducting teaching both indoors and outdoors. Learning processes are made visible through pedagogical documentation, and you work actively to create stimulating and developmental learning environments. You have a good approach to children, guardians, and colleagues, characterized by the belief in everyone's equal value and that everyone wants and can. We want you to be able to collaborate, be positive, spread joy and willingness to work, be a driving person who inspires others in the pedagogical work, take initiative, and be responsible.

You have good pedagogical knowledge and are familiar with the preschool's governing documents, as well as having a good ability to apply this in daily operations. You are creative and interested in participating in creating exciting pedagogical environments, and for you, ICT is a natural part of everyday life. You enjoy challenges and have the desire to renew the operations.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) is required upon employment.
