Personal Assistant for Social and Active 32-Year-Old with CP Disability

Hello!

I am a social and active 32-year-old man living with a cerebral palsy (CP) disability. During the week, I work as a software developer at a government agency. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, playing wheelchair rugby, or engaging in other social activities.

I am currently looking for a summer substitute who can support me in my daily life during the summer, with good opportunities for continued work as a substitute even after the summer.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you will help me with the tasks that make daily life run smoothly. The work takes place where I am – at home, at work, during training, or at other activities.

We are looking for someone who can work a few days a week during the summer. Exact working hours and scope will be planned together and adjusted according to the needs of the operation and our possibilities.

The operation is staffed during the following times:

• Monday–Friday: 07:00–22:00
• Saturday: 09:00–00:00
• Sunday: 09:00–22:00

Previous experience in personal assistance is advantageous but not a requirement. Personal suitability is the most important factor.

Both female and male applicants are welcome. Having a driver's license for a manual car is a plus, but it is absolutely not a requirement.

Other Information

The position is primarily a summer substitute role, but there are good opportunities to continue as an hourly substitute even after the summer.

Therefore, you will need to present an extract from the police's criminal record register prior to any potential employment.
