Apoteket PK Huset is centrally located in central Stockholm with a dynamic flow of customers throughout the day. The location of the pharmacy in PK Huset gives us a diverse customer base consisting of both people working in the area as well as domestic and international tourists.

We are a team of 8 employees who together create a welcoming, professional, and engaged pharmacy environment where collaboration and customer focus are at the center.

The position is a hourly-based employment and covers working shifts within the pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00, Saturdays 10:00–18:00, and Sundays 11:00–17:00.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medicines.

• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Keep yourself updated regarding our assortment and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care. We would like you to currently be studying to become a pharmacist and have completed self-care training.

• You have experience with pharmacy work.

• You have a special interest in the customer meeting and self-care sales.

• You have a curious way of approaching new situations and challenges.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
