About the role

Our client is a market leader in corporate financing in Sweden. They are a fast-growing, dynamic company that challenges traditional banks through an innovative and modern approach to lease financing.

This assignment involves handling daily operational tasks, primarily customer service via email and phone. You will work closely with a team of approximately 5 people who combine customer contact with careful administration to ensure high quality.

This is a consultancy assignment through Academic Work, starting for 3 months with a good possibility of extension to 6 months.

Responsibilities

The primary focus of the role will be customer service, where you will handle cases related to the lifecycle of lease agreements. This involves managing incoming cases from customers and partners via email and phone, which often includes:

  • Address changes
  • Removing insurance policies
  • Redemption prices and redemption offers
  • Generating copies of agreements and invoices
  • Credits

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in customer service, administration, or back-office work, handling cases via email and phone.
  • Has basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Is comfortable with systems and has the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written, as this is used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience within leasing.
  • Previous experience working in Salesforce or NetSuite.

It is important that you ask questions, take in others' perspectives, and are receptive to feedback. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, enjoy helping customers and colleagues, and always put the counterpart at the center. You like to work in a structured and meticulous manner.

Our recruitment process
