About the client

The client is an innovative company focused on establishing and growing its product in physical retail. They are in an exciting expansion phase and have a clear strategy to strengthen their presence in stores by getting the product to more retailers, supported by a dedicated sales team.

About the assignment

We are now looking for experienced and self-reliant salespeople for a grocery retail project during the summer. The assignment involves visiting a large number of stores and establishing new partnerships. The goal of the assignment is to expand the retailer network.

At each store visit, you will:

• Present the product and conduct initial sales
• Establish new partnerships and register stores
• Build relationships with store staff and decision-makers
• Follow up on sales and ensure continued ordering
• Drive campaigns and activities in-store
• Document visits and results in digital reporting tools

Your responsibilities

• Active new customer acquisition and in-store sales
• Visit stores according to a structured sales process (presentation, follow-up, and development)
• Build relationships with store staff and decision-makers

• Report results and activity in digital tools

The work is carried out in the field with several recurring visits per store to ensure results and long-term sustainability.

Your profile

• Have experience in sales, preferably within retail or field work
• Are social, relationship-driven, and enjoy contacting new people
• Are self-reliant, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Enjoy working in a structured and results-oriented manner
• Have good digital skills and can work in reporting tools
• Are service-oriented and represent brands professionally
• A driver's license (Category B) is required, and access to a car is an advantage

You feel comfortable in a store environment and are quick to build trust.

Other

In this assignment, you will be employed by NRG Sweden AB and hired out to our client Emplicure.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment during the period June 29 to August 28.
