We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Technical Customer Support representative for a rapidly growing SaaS company. About the role
At our client's company, you will become a central part of the customer experience. You are the link between users, product, and technology. You play a crucial role in ensuring that customers get the maximum value out of the platform.

You will not only answer questions; you will troubleshoot, guide, and influence. The role also involves close collaboration with development and product teams, where your input contributes to shaping future solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers forward via phone and chat
  • Communicate solutions in a clear and pedagogical manner
  • Identify patterns in support tickets and contribute to improvements
  • Participate in developing and streamlining support processes

We believe you:

  • Have experience in SaaS, technical support, or a similar role
  • Have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding systems in depth
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and take initiative
  • Are solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and have very good proficiency in English

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or databases
  • Experience from a rapidly growing company or startup environment
