Flowmeets is building a global AI platform in conversational intelligence that helps modern sales organizations perform at a completely new level. Our technology analyzes sales calls, coaches salespeople in real-time, and automates administration so teams can focus on what matters most – selling and creating business.
Behind the company are entrepreneurs and investors who have built some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the Nordics and executed billion-dollar deals, including with Google. Now we are looking for the next Account Executive who wants to be part of building something big.
About the Role
This is a role for you who wants to own the entire deal and develop quickly in a modern SaaS environment. You work with full-cycle sales and are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closed deal. You prospect, book meetings, conduct demos, drive dialogues forward, and close deals.
You sell a product that creates clear customer value and targets modern sales organizations that want to work smarter, data-driven, and more efficiently. At Flowmeets, you also get access to AI-based coaching directly in the platform and use it yourself every day to develop as a salesperson.
The role involves, among other things:
- Prospecting and building pipeline
- Driving own customer dialogues and demos
- Understanding customers' sales processes and business challenges
- Working consultatively and value-based
- Working structured in CRM and forecast
- Closing deals and working towards clear goals
- Collaborating closely with both the sales team and product team
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are hungry, driven, and want to develop quickly. You might be working as an SDR today and are ready for the next step. You might already be working with closing and want to enter an environment with a higher pace and greater development potential.
The most important thing for us is not exactly where you come from – but how you work and how high you want to reach. You like to take initiative, are comfortable on the phone, and do not see a "no" as a stop, but as the beginning of the next dialogue.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or CRM systems like HubSpot is meritorious but not a requirement.
