To our Business Support department, we are seeking a temporary Project Manager with genuine drive and the ability to keep many balls in the air without dropping a single one. Here, the pace is fast, expectations are clear, and every day looks a little different.

About the position

As a temporary Project Manager, you are a key player in our operations. You are responsible for parallel conferences from start to delivery. You coordinate with clients, production, and internal teams, following up and ensuring quality throughout the entire process. At our company, all conferences have a hard deadline that cannot be moved, and your role is to ensure everything is in place when the time comes.

You handle client matters and keep internal processes running smoothly. You do this with structure, quick judgment, and without compromising on quality. The role also includes customer contact via phone and email, administration, data management, and practical office tasks that keep daily operations running.

The role carries high responsibility from day one. You belong to the Business Support department and report to the Head of Business Support. The position is a temporary contract of up to 100% as agreed, with an estimated duration of 5–12 months, with the possibility of extension or another role within the company.

Your responsibilities

• Drive multiple parallel event and conference projects against clear and often tight deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality delivery all the way to the finish line.
• Act as the link between the client, production, and internal processes.
• Meet clients professionally and solution-oriented in every situation.
• Maintain full overview and control over processes and data.
• Handle customer service and support via phone and email.
• Administration and database management.
• General office tasks such as purchasing breakfast and handling mail.

• Has documented experience in project management in a fast-paced environment, preferably within events or conferences.
• Is structured, quick-thinking, and stress-resistant.
• Takes responsibility, likes juggling multiple tasks, and doesn't lose grip.
• Has strong self-drive and independent problem-solving skills.
• Has good experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering with quality.
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and thrives on stage.
• Is technically confident and quick to learn new systems.
• Sees deadlines as a motivational factor, not a problem.

Meritorious: experience from media, event production, the conference industry, or environments with fast delivery cycles.

Practical information

Location: Slakthusområdet, Stockholm

Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00

Scope: Up to 100% as agreed, temporary contract approx. 5–12 months with the possibility of extension or another role within the company.
